One of our lawyers, Bruce L. Baldwin, is a past chairman of the Montgomery Bar Association Legal Aid Committee, and was a recipient of the Pennsylvania Bar Associations’s 2003 Pro Bono award. Our commitment to public service is evident. Our founding shareholder, Jack F. Wolf, has been president of both the Pottstown School Board and Pottstown Borough Council. Levi S. Wolf has been the chairman of Pottstown’s Historic Architecture Review Board. All of our attorneys sit on various non-profit boards and committees.
In keeping with this philosophy of providing quality service at reasonable cost, we have special plans which make our normally modest fees even more reasonable. Wills, Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney are available for senior citizens at a significant discount from our standard fees. Consultation fees for personal injury, fatal accident, and workers’ compensation matters are always free, and a one-half hour consultation with any of our attorneys about any matter is never more than seventy five dollars. We will even make house calls and hospital visits if it is not possible for you or a family member to come in to the office.
We offer our services at discounted rates through legal services plans. Employers, Unions or other groups may inquire about our legal services plans and the discounts we can make available to their members.
Our attorneys are also available for speaking engagements. We are happy to speak to any size group about a variety of legal topics. Past talks have ranged from overviews of estate planning, to meeting with high school students for career day, to teaching aspiring attorneys in Pottstown’s Teen Court.
